Shipping: We ship everywhere possible from Mexico. Charges are applied when the journey is extensive (outside US and Canada). Please email us for a quote. All jewelry is shipped DHL from Mexico to arrive in 3-5 days to the US.

Returns: We issue returns less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We waive the restocking fee if you order something new. You must email us to receive a confirmation number and instructions. Merchandise must be received well packed and in original form. All refund requests must be received within 14 days of shipping date . In the event that the merchandise arrives damaged or defective we take 100% responsibility and will provide a new piece.
